Increasingly, SLPs in schools are tasked with providing services in classrooms and via collaborative models. Collaborative service delivery introduces a host of challenges, including lack of control over the instructional environment and methods, overlapping roles, mismatched expectations from key stakeholders, and possible miscommunication. This session will review practical resources and strategies for evidence-based collaborative practice in schools as well as lessons learned from the presenter’s 20 years of experience.
