Collaborative service delivery, even when it is successfully implemented, can be difficult to maintain over time. This session will offer strategies for refining and troubleshooting collaborative service delivery in schools. The presenter will offer practical tips from her 20 years of experience as well as lessons learned and ideas for overcoming barriers to evidence-based collaborative practice.
We recommend you participate in Destination Collaboration Part I prior to this session, but it is not required.
