Caseloads for providing speech and language services continue to grow in schools, along with associated roles and responsibilities. This boot camp will include interactive sessions to help SLPs develop workload management and workplace advocacy skills. You will learn to analyze your caseload and workload demands and develop new strategies for clinical decision-making regarding eligibility and dismissal; scheduling and service delivery; and working with school administrators. Walk away with practical and applicable tools and strategies to address caseload and workload challenges.

The boot camp includes the following modules:

Maximizing Varied Service Delivery Models to Manage Workload
Leveraging the ASHA Workload Calculator for Advocacy and Workload Management
Effectively Communicating with Administrators About Caseload and Workload Demands

use data to assist with making speech service admission and dismissal determinations
utilize the ASHA Workload Calculator tool to analyze current caseload and workload demands
