Starting in 2023, ASHA has a new official registration partner, Maritz Global Events. With ASHA’s new vendor comes a new look and feel to the conference registration experience. Before beginning your registration, review the additional information below to help guide you through the registration process.

You'll notice several "new this year" labels throughout the website and process. We are always striving to make your Schools Connect experience even better, and we wanted to give you a heads-up about some of the new parts so you know what you expect. We hope you find these changes make your experience even better.
New ASHA ID/Account Number Requirement
New this year: You will need an ASHA ID/account number to register. If you have an ASHA ID/account number but you don’t know what it is, you can log into your ASHA Account on the ASHA website, find your ID/account number under the “My Account” header, and then return to this page to register. If you cannot find your ASHA ID/account number or need to create one, call the ASHA Action Center at 800-498-2071 for assistance. If the Action Center needs to create a new ID/account number for you, you will need to wait 24 hours before returning to this page to register for the conference.
New this year: Badges will not be mailed in advance. All badges will be available to print on-site at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center beginning Wednesday, July 12, at 8:00 a.m. Go to the Registration Area in the Promenade Lobby (Level 1), located across from the Main Entrance on Pine Avenue, to print your badge. (See the dates and times Registration/Badge Printing will be open.)
Your badge is required to pick up your materials, attend sessions, and enter the Exhibit Hall, so be sure to have it with you at all Schools Connect functions. One-day registrants will find the day they selected to attend printed prominently on their badge and may pick up their badge the evening prior to or day of attendance. After your badge is printed for the first time, there is a $10 charge to reprint, which will benefit the ASHFoundation. ASHA encourages all participants to present their badge at each exhibit booth they visit so exhibitors can collect your information and contact you later with additional information you can use in your work.

Groups of four or more are eligible for a group rate of $360 per person (early-bird rate, through June 15, 11:59 p.m. ET) or $405 (regular rate). There is no group discount for one-day registrations. There is no discount on in-person conference registration for ASHA Learning Pass subscribers.
Full-conference, in-person registration also includes automatic access to the online conference (40+ live and on-demand sessions as well as a virtual poster hall and virtual exhibit hall). Full-conference registrants should not register for the online conference separately. One-day registrations do not include online conference access.
Registration for the in-person conference will also be available on site at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center.

The pre-conference workshop will take place at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center on July 12. Advanced registration is required; there will be no on-site registration for the pre-conference workshop.
There is no early-bird rate or group discount for the pre-conference workshop. If you plan to attend both the pre-conference workshop and the in-person conference, first select full conference registration and then select the pre-conference workshop on the next screen. If you plan to attend both the pre-conference workshop and the online conference, you'll need to register for the one-day pre-conference workshop on Wednesday on the in-person registration site. Complete your pre-conference workshop registration and then go to the separate online registration site to register for the online conference.

New this year: You can register a group using the online system! To register a group for the in-person conference, have one member of your group register using the online system. When the first group member reaches the review and check out page, select the “Add Group Registrant” button to add additional registrations to process the rest of your group. Upon completing your in-person registration, you will receive an email confirmation that will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend adding this email address to your safe senders list so that it does not get flagged as spam. Leading up to the conference, additional confirmation reminders and badge scanning details will be sent from this email address as well.
Confirmation emails for the online conference will come from email@example.com.
In-person event: If you need to cancel your registration, you must send your written notice of cancellation, via email, to ASHASchools@maritz.com. Cancellation requests received before July 1 will be receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, prior to the conference. Tickets for the ASHFoundation fundraiser, ASHFoundation and ASHA-PAC donations, and ASHA Store coupons are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment: If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days to process. Any cancellation received after July 1 will receive a refund AFTER the conference, less a $75 processing fee. The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived. The cancellation fee will be assessed when switching your registration from the in-person event to the online conference.
Online conference: Your written notice of cancellation will be accepted for a refund of registration fees less a $50 processing fee if received on or before July 26. To cancel, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, "ASHA Schools Connect online conference cancellation." Cancellations received after July 26 will be refunded less a $75 processing fee, and no continuing education credits may be earned for the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after August 7. Cancellation fees are processing fees and cannot be waived. The cancellation fee will be assessed when switching your registration from the online conference to the in-person event.
Switching your registration: If your plans change and you need to switch your registration from the in-person event to the online conference, you must cancel your in-person registration per the steps above. Then proceed to register for the online conference using the button at the top of the page.
